Our experience with this service center has always been excellent. Our recent visit on Sept 20th was handled by Jose Hernandez and he was excellent. The shuttle service driver is very nice and courteous.

I liked service except every time I bring my car in the service takes longer and a problem happens. For example there was a recall on my radio and they did it and now I have no volume so I dropped off my car on sat and nothing will be done until monday.

"Service / Battery Replacement "

Showed up to dealership with no appointment needing my car serviced right away. Dead battery and engine light on. They got me in no problem and right away. My service advisor was very friendly and accommodating and informed me of the status of my car frequently and tried to get me out as soon as possible.

I brought my car in for service, and before I knew it I was out of there with a loaner car. When I returned it, I was on my way out within five minutes. Every employee I came in contact with were friendly and helpful too.

You guys charge way too much .. your prices are not reasonable Also Alvaro said he would call me by 5 no matter what.. So I called at 445 left voicemail. Also was never offered a loaner car. Picked up next day. Shuttle driver was great
