I would like to say that our experience of purchasing our GLK 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Tyler was hands down the BEST experience we have ever had in p I would like to say that our experience of purchasing our GLK 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Tyler was hands down the BEST experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. We decided to drive to Texas from Mississippi due to the excellent customer service we received from Kelley and Sean over the phone. They were both willing to assist us with all of our requests and work with us on the price. Upon our arrival we were immediately met with a wonderful staff that all went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service!! From Kelley, Sean and Kyle (sales) Lana (Finance manager) to their terrific and tremendously knowledgeable Concierge Victoria, each one made our trip to Tyler well worth it! They also made a great team!!! Parts department was also very nice. We were helped by a young man who had moved there from our hometown. I am quite sure that the GM (Scott) and his adorable mascot, Henry are very pleased with the staff and the way they represent the dealership, as they were all extremely professional. We will most definitely return for a visit and to purchase our next Mercedes from this dealership! Thanks again for the yummy cookies!! More

We worked out the particulars of the dea I have purchased quite a few cars and this was, by far, the easiest and fasted car purchase I have ever made. We worked out the particulars of the deal via text, I filled out an application online and an hour later my car was ready and so was the paperwork. It only took about 45 minutes to sign the paperwork and go over all the features of the new car and the particulars of how everything worked. This is my second car purchase from this dealer and the service department is excellent, as well. Truly a great car buying experience! More
