I have bought my wife 4th Mercedes at this place. Overall it was good until now. We have 2023 glc 300 with 10k miles needed A service cost over $812.71. xxx do we have Ferrari or Lamborghini????and l Overall it was good until now. My wife and I dropped our vechile of to have some maintenance done on out vehicle in connection with a class action lawsuit regarding bluetec vehicles. We had to leave it for about 3 weeks. Our vehicle was fine, but when I got it back, I discovered that my impact wrench, my sockets, and serval other tools that I'd left in my vehicle thinking that no one from a mercedes dealer would take them. I need to used them when I noticed they weren't in the place I'd left them. Its disappointing. I'll never take another to this dealership ever again. I understand that they give a disclaimer regarding things left in the vehicle. But to steal my tools when I know where I left them specifically because they are frequently used on this vehicle. I hope who ever took them is happy. More

Everyone was so friendly! I cannot say enough about the staff Thank you to Ahmed Albadri (sales), Fez (sales manager), Jae Kim (finance) all took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions. The general manager, Jason Hoover is setting the bar high. Every one was so patient and just made this the most enjoyable purchase. One of the worst experiences I ever had. Horrible service! I went for a recall, meaning that the fault had been recognized by Mercedes and reported to the US Gov't NHTSA. They assumed the re Horrible service! I went for a recall, meaning that the fault had been recognized by Mercedes and reported to the US Gov't NHTSA. They assumed the responsibility to repair all the cars affected by the recall. First time, I was told to repair the brakes and wait for the part to come, not even offered transportation home and back to the dealership. Second time, they broke another part in trying to do the recall and tried to make me pay for it. I refused and they said that it will be covered, but more like a "favor" they were doing me. The service advisor had the nerve to tell me that they are doing this recall for free. I argued that this was not true, they get paid by Mercedes so he should not try to sell me that kind of nonsense. Instead on maximum 2 days, Thursday and Friday, they kept my car until Monday. I asked for a courtesy vehicle, but I was told that are waiting lists! What?! I was not prepared to be left without my car for 5 full days, including one weekend. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I know other dealership in the area and clearly this one is subpar with any other I can think of. Everything was wrong about my visit there. Avoid them as much as you can! They should be ashamed of themselves! More
