Since this was a used vehicle and my son's first car purchase, we especially appreciated how patient and attentive he was Nam Su even sent us a detailed video of the vehicle ahead of time, which was incredibly helpful. When we noticed a mark on the bumper, he was quick to have it repaired without hesitation. His responsiveness and professionalism really stood out.
