This will be our last service visit to a Penske managed service dept. Chantilly's service dept left my wife's trunk open in a rainstorm, and the result was not quickly corrected. It took multiple visits to correct, it was that bad. Now with my wife's truck, we vowed to never go back to Chantilly, and now Tysons has proven to be as dismissive to actual customer service. It's as if the call center and the actual service attendants at the center are not in sync. Even though my wife made an appt, the service center had no idea my wife was going wait for the service. It was not a Sat morning drop off, and picking up Mon. He was literally surprised that my wife was expecting to get her car back the same day. The worst of it is they didn't even reset the computer after the service was completed. The computer is still saying 206 miles to service. This was it. We live 15 miles from MB Chantilly, and 30 miles from MB TC, and we're going to pass them both to go to Euro Motorcars Bethesda MD. More
