I was greeted by Ahmed who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available used cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. I came initially for a vehicle and ended buying a different vehicle which I really love thanks to Ahmed. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Ahmed delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead. Regards, Gregory Hulbert More

You broke my trust. I came in with such high hopes due to reccomendations of my best friend who has been leasing from them for the past 5 yrs. So, I took specific day off I came in with such high hopes due to reccomendations of my best friend who has been leasing from them for the past 5 yrs. So, I took specific day off due to my busy work schedule to drive 2 hours for my appt. Everything was great until we almost sign the deal. Almost. Because apparently I got the short end of the stick. So first I wanted to look at Car A bacause it was cheaper. Sorry they sayid it's being looked at/someones interested in Car A, then offered us Car B which was more expensive. After looking at Car B, I decided to get it. Now everything went well with the negotiation and we have been there for good couple of hours by then. When he finally said "fine if you can increase your price by... we can close the deal". I said fine. Having my hopes high and having no other days off and excited to finally sign the car, he came back only to tell me that the car (keys still sitting for the last couple hours on the desk) has been sold to another customer who was willing to pay higher amount and "didn't even take a look at the car" and that they were sorry. They told us to go eat and that Car B suddenly "opened up" and is available. Hungry we went to eat and Mike called back to take a look at Car B and told me other than computer problem (which it's still under warrantee so they can fix that) that the car was exactly the same in pristine condition with no accident on CarMax. I arrived 5:10pm dark and the car was parked behind their showroom 15cm close to the wall. I had to take a look at the car with 2 iphone flashlight because it was so dark. Then I asked him about the scratch on the front and he responds he will fix that. I literally squeezed by body in between the small slid of space wall-car just enough to see a huge gash, dents and obviously ACCIDENT on back left bumper. I asked him why he didn't mention that. He said he didn't know. Two things back to back. I am so disappointed in trusting my business with this dealership. Not only did I drive back two hours empty handed, me asking for a non paid day off was a total waste of time, energy and most importantly, trust. More

I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for first class treatment, transparency and people willing to make the car buying experience as easy and pleasurable as possible. More

I have no problem at all buying a used car but I thought at least he would be honest about what was wrong. I bought three Mercedes in total from Penske. Two almost new ones in Chantilly, and one older one in Tysons. The Tysons branch i a disaster. Its run very poor and they are dishonest. Jamie (Hymen) who is the sales manager did nothing to help his sales person get on the phone to explain to use some questions we had. Once Faz sold us this car he vanished, no return of calls and he mysteriously is never there anymore. The previous time I bought a Mercedes as is, they listed all the problems wrong with it and this was fine with me. He was deceptive and thats not professional, I told this all to Hymen and he could care less. Too many lies for me to handle. Next year im buying the new AMG GLS and I plan to go to Arlington that is not owned by Penske. More

The car was significantly lower t I went to this dealership to view a GLC that was listed on the website with low miles and in "excellent condition". The car was significantly lower than others, which made us think that there had to be a reason. We looked it up on Carfax prior to going in and saw that the car had been in an accident. So, when we arrived, we were met by Elissio, who proceeded to do the following: 1) When i asked what was the story behind the car and why it was so cheap, i was told that it was just something they do...the car had been leased and it was just lower (no disclosure about the accident); 2) we found lots of scratches and cosmetic damages to the car (which were not pointed out). At the time, i was told that was normal wear and tear; 3) at his desk, i asked him to pull up carfax, where he proceeded to direct my attention anywhere EXCEPT the filed accident. He still did not highlight it. I had to do it. He then told me it was not really an accident, it was just cosmetic damage; 4) over the course of the discussion, he told me that the customer actually traded it in and that they were reselling it as-is. 5) on my trade in, the MBUSA Black book value is between 13500-16500 for the trade in value. My car which is significantly under mileage was given a trade-in of 13000, which i was told was because it had a small rock crack in the windshield and the entire windshield would need to be replaced. The "crack" was less than a dime shape and i had my insurance do it for free (i hadn't even noticed until then). Net - this dealership demonstrated some very shady tactics that should be beneath Mercedes-Benz. I would tread carefully when trying to buy a car here. More
