She was not only very personable, but she also pointed out a few vehicles for consideration based on my criteria, and then she got straight to the numbers, as I requested. She had great energy, was very knowledgeable, and she even won huge brownie points with my savvy mother. She was the right person to get me through the stressful car buying process and had me out of there in 2 hours!
