Fez was very attentive and helped with the whole buying process even though I have not bought a car yet. I did feel a bit haggled over when we had to go over the price 3-4 times, even with a check engine l process even though I have not bought a car yet. Quite surprising that a check engine light would be in a car on the sales lot and still Fez handled it very well and made sure everything was taken care of. I recently purchased my first Mercedes Benz with this dealership and I would have to say that the people I worked with were all very nice and helpful, and made the whole buying experience as smooth as po dealership and I would have to say that the people I worked with were all very nice and helpful, and made the whole buying experience as smooth as possible. Originally I walked on to the lot not even expecting to buy a car, but was approached quickly by Clayton Garret who was very helpful and not pushy during the whole sales pitch (big plus for me since I hate being pressured!). He listened to my criteria and quickly found me what would soon be my future car (a C300). During the test drive he answered all my questions and definitely put me at ease with his friendly attitude and manner. Even when it came down to the pricing it was all handled very efficient without a lot of back and forth or haggling which I also hate. As for the financing, I worked with Leo Dionisio who was also very helpful with the paperwork and maintenance/warranty options. Overall, I was in and out with my future car in less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular the two people I worked with. More

My E430 4 MATIC is nine years old. I brought it in for its regular service plus some wear tear repairs on the ECS, rear drive and axle, brakes, etc with over 127,000 miles on it. Sam and Bobby did an abs its regular service plus some wear tear repairs on the ECS, rear drive and axle, brakes, etc with over 127,000 miles on it.
