My E430 4 MATIC is nine years old. I brought it in for its regular service plus some wear tear repairs on the ECS, rear drive and axle, brakes, etc with over 127,000 miles on it. Sam and Bobby did an absolutely awesome job on the car and now it drives as if it just arrived from Stuttgart. Purrs like a kitten, quite, and drives magnificently. Thanks much!! More
I see all these review's on here kissing butt to this dealership and the service people and the manager. It is obviously employees writing these reviews. Mercedes-Benz of Tyson's is a train wreck as far as there service department goes. I go there only because it is right next door to my work and usually I take a day off work if I have to take my car there it's so horrible. My last visit I think I worked with my 11th service advisor. Knowing about the car business somewhat I know its a high turnover business but this dealer keeps no advisors for any length of time except for one guy but I think he is gone now also. I now go to American Service Center were true professional's take care of me every time.Just by the pricing at MB Tyson's I can see they only have one thing in mind and thats ripping customers off. Also there advisor's are not trained and or even seem to care because they are only going to be there a few week's anyway.I will never step foot in that factory again. Beware of this Dealership. Just an opinion of course so take it how you like. More
I found Mercedes of Tyson's Corner when I was shopping for a Jaguar XJR. I can't believe it when I saw that the dealer was selling the 2004 Jaguar XJR with 41k miles. Anyway, the sales person who took for a Jaguar XJR. I can't believe it when I saw that the dealer was selling the 2004 Jaguar XJR with 41k miles. Anyway, the sales person who took care of me was Barbara Sisco. Let me tell you about Barbara, she is a rare sales woman. Yes, she is a lady and she was wonderful to work with. I work at the IRS Headquarter in New Carrollton and I was busy because the April 18 tax deadline was near. Barbara was willing to drive the car to the IRS office which I really appreciated very much. She made the process of buying the car very painless and very easy. She basically disclosed the condition of the car thoroughly to me before I bought it. The only thing that she missed was the extra key. Barbara told me that the Jaguar had 2 sets of key but there was only one key. Well no body is perfect and I don't expect Barbara to be 100% perfect because she was pretty much honest from the beginning and she was extremely helpful. The tires were flagged during Maryland inspection but the inspector said that they need to be changed pretty soon. It was expected for a used car, so I bought 4 set of new tires online for the Jaguar. She told me that the car was flawless and wow the Jaguar XJR was clean. Even my friends at work were very impressed! They said that the car was shiny and it is in a like new condition! I love the fact that I didn't have to drive from Maryland to Virginia to do the paper work, Barbara Sisco basically made my life easier. She emailed all the paper work that I need to sign and fax them back to the dealership from the comfort of my own house! When she arrived at the IRS, I basically had to sign few paper work and I had to give her the check. Anyway, thank you very much Barbara for being very patient, accommodating, honest and pleasant to deal with. I wish the best in your career in car sales! I recommend you to talk to her when you go to the Mercedes of Tyson's Corner. She will make you a happy buyer! More
My husband and I are very satisfied with the sales experience we had at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner. We are a first time buyer of MB and we were given a no-hassle sale. My husband doesn't like the back and forth of negotiating a sale. He knows what he wants and what price he's willing to pay and Edward Moore made sure he got what it took to make the sale. This may be the place to buy but think again about the service. We have been using them for years. My wife father used them for many years. After today I never will use them again. Why? They never service. We have been using them for years. My wife father used them for many years. After today I never will use them again. Why? They never remember to turn the nag light off for service anymore. The car has been in twice, maybe three times, for the A/C. They have only made it worse. Over the years they tried to sell us on unnecessary repairs. Always the S belt. My favorite was the woman service tech who told my wife that we needed new tires ASAP! I had just put four brand new tires on the car less than 6,000 miles before. The other was when we picked up the car and it smelled like tacos inside. Someone had lunch in there. I complained. They promised $200 off the next service call. The next service call they had no record of the promise. Today it was the same old BS. Why did we keep going? Habit. Because my wife FIL went for years and still does. We just bought a Porsche from the Penske Group. I hope their service dept is better. UPDATE Apparently the dealership reads these comments. For all I know it could be a dealership website. Regardless, the response from HBL was very good. So we will continue as customers. We shall see. More
Mike was friendly, accomodating, and best of all, didn't judge me based on my age or appearence. Other Mercedes and BMW dealesr i've walked into have brushed me off based on that. Mike was eager to help me, took me for a test drive right away no questions asked, and got me top dollar for my trade in. He didn't pressure me and emailed me with updates. When I wanted a little more money knocked off the car for some minor dings etc, Fred D. (Manager) worked with Mike and came to a number that worked for both of us. A week later, I asked if I could have the car aligned because it was showing some uneven wear, Fred let me come in without argument and get that done. It was overall a pleasant and satisfying experience. I'd definitely come here again. Both of them treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. Coming from Nissan, it's a stellar jump. Bravo More
I've never been treated so fair by a car dealership/salesperson. Talking with Barbara was like talking with a friend and she made the sales experience fun, friendly, and expedient. Sam was awesome! Our experience at HBL, LLC was awesome! Once I introduced myself to Sam, she immediately made my wife and I feel comfortable and began to ask questions about the type of vehicle we were Once I introduced myself to Sam, she immediately made my wife and I feel comfortable and began to ask questions about the type of vehicle we were looking for. She was very attentive and professional by focusing on the traits of the vehicle that would interest us. She invited my wife and I to test drive each of the vehicles we were interested in, and she took the time to explain the typical mannerisms of each vehicle we drove. She was a source of solid, objective advice, which was something my wife and I needed during what would typically be a somewhat stressful event. She took us to Leo Dionisio – Financial Manager, who walked us through a fiercely complex process with ease. He took the time to find out our financial comfort zone, and explained the process. He then devised several payment plan options enabling my wife and I to decide on a plan suitable to our current situation. We can’t thank Leo enough for his time and effort.
