Fez was very attentive and helped with the whole buying process even though I have not bought a car yet. I did feel a bit haggled over when we had to go over the price 3-4 times, even with a check engine l process even though I have not bought a car yet. Quite surprising that a check engine light would be in a car on the sales lot and still Fez handled it very well and made sure everything was taken care of. He also was helpful buy following up on the sales process to make sure I was satisfied with my choice since moving on to other options with the end of the month coming up. More
