William Moussa was our sales rep that first time and, based upon our several experiences with him, we'll expect to continue our long-term relationship with him. He was more than helpful in listening to our requirements and finding the appropriate vehicle (even when not on hand at his store.) Even the normal "haggling" process was acceptably pleasant and cordial and did not cause the migraines of past experiences. And, because we live a considerable distance, William offered to pick up our leased vehicles and personally deliver the new ones to us. Then he carefully went over the details of the car including the pairing of our cell phones. We have not had a better experience with Mercedes-Benz in all our years dating to our first car in 1990. Kudos to William Moussa and, by extension, Mercedes of Valencia! Well done! More
