This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. Once they got approval for my deal, they claimed there was another buyer for the car and told me I’d have to put down nearly double the amount if I wanted it—even though we had already agreed on the terms before I authorized the credit check. You should know that if they show you numbers here, IT MEANS NOTHING; they’ll easily change them after running your credit. Or worse: if there’s another buyer—who, by the way, arrived after I was already in the process of finalizing the purchase—they’ll try to sell the car to both of us at the same time and start a bidding war to see who pays more. Listen, I’m handing this case over to my lawyers; I’m sure they’ll point out all the violations you committed regarding this deal, and we’ll see you in court. More

I have been waiting on the dealership to contact me regarding the 2 different inspections I received and how can a 80k car break down in less than 90 days and now I have a bill over 3k, parts glued together, things unheard of with a car from a dealership I will try all I can to be heard about this unfair treatment, I will not stop, if you truly want to be appreciated and not robbed for your purchase please do not purchase anything from this dealership. The person who really impressed me after the sale was Kasra Foroutan. I had been promised a part for the vehicle, and rather than letting the issue fall through the cracks, he personally made sure it was located and shipped to me. That level of follow-through is something customers remember and appreciate. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and good customer service matters.
