Poor service I purchased a new GLC 43 from out of state but wanted to have my local MBZ dealer, Valencia MBZ, provide me with service that might be needed in the I purchased a new GLC 43 from out of state but wanted to have my local MBZ dealer, Valencia MBZ, provide me with service that might be needed in the future so I stopped in to obtain more info about them as a MBZ dealer. I went to the Service Department to inquire about VIN verification & was met with "attitude" from one of their service advisors. I guess I was inconveniencing him. I moved on. Earlier, same day, I had called & left a VM with Kyle, one of the Product Concierges, but did not receive a callback. While I was already in, I figured I would check to see if he was in & I was told that he had just left for the day & would not be back for 3 days. Their other Concierge was "out" & not available. It has been a week & I am still waiting for Kyle's return call. I think I will move onto a MBZ dealer that will provide me with the service that I expect. More

Would recommend the dealership and David to anyone. There are some bad reviews out there but the dealership did change ownership recently, apparently a very positive thing. I also my E-350 serviced there as well and see Bill Parks. Great guy as well. More

Danny Medina is the best I am grateful to have made the trip out to Valencia to purchase my mercedes. Buying a new vehicle can be daunting as we all feel but honestly the employees here worked with me and made it an easy and pleasant transaction. I have to say Danny Medina is downright the coolest salesperson I've met, from his unqiue collection of horror film memorabilia to his humorous attitude and friendly personality . He can maintain his professionalism while making you laugh which is cool and refreshing. Everything was laid out clearly and he definitely fought for me to get me the best deal which I am beyond grateful for! Very upset customer I purchased my C300 at this dealer , and have always serviced it at this dealer and was very happy until recently or so I thought My car needed som I purchased my C300 at this dealer , and have always serviced it at this dealer and was very happy until recently or so I thought My car needed some repairs they stated new spark plugs, Complete Guide Pulleys two, Belt tightener V Ribbed belt. I was preparing to do the work, and decided to check prices elsewhere at another Mercedes Benz dealer. I was horrified to find that for every part on their estimate I was being overcharged $15.00-$25.00 per part more. I called and left several messages for Tom Squire the service manager, and Tim Engle the parts manager never returned my call. So they have just lost a service customer, and a new Car purchase for ever. What different treatment I received from Jason at the other dealership, also for anyone interested this Valencia dealer is owned by Sage. My suggestion and my recommendations based on my personal experiences is call Jason at Calabasis Mercedez Benz for service. Not only that they have a fabulous inventory for New Cars. More

There is a reason why I continue to go back to this dealership and this particular salesperson. He is transparent, a true gentleman and does not play the typical salesman games. He is upfront and lets you know what you are getting and how much it will cost. There is no upselling and he is truly a man of his word. As we approached the dealership, on this most recent time, we discovered that Kaz is now the manager. He had one of his Top Salesmen show us the vehicle and walk us through the steps. Don was really awesome, patient and truly knows all of the answers to what a savvy car purchaser wants to know. Also, I did not feel as if I was being sold, but as if I was dealing with a friend. Kaz and Don are a truly GREAT team and I'd recommend them to anyone. I don't know if you have ever had a bad experience when it comes to getting to the "finance" department. I have, but never at Mercedes Benz of Valencia. On this occasion Steve Metts met with Paris and I. I have never been in and out of Finance in less than 15 minutes! He explained everything and wasn't one of those who leaned on the client to get them to buy extended this and more of that! I was elated. We will keep coming back to Mercedes Benz of Valencia to deal with Kaz, Don and Steve.
