Good Morning Tim, I am suppose to meet him around 4:30 this afternoon. If he is not available then I can meet with you. My problem/ concern is that I feel that every 4-6 weeks there has been some type of problem with the car. I live in the AV area so it takes more time and money to have to keep bringing it in for service. Please put yourself in my shoes, I did not purchase this car to have problems, I brought this used car thinking that it would be the opposite, because of Benz reputation. And I feel that I have made my complaints to the service department and to corporate and nobody cares or understands my frustration. Monica Hall

Mrs Hall, I understand from Mr Salas and Mr. Gonzalez that they worked to trade you out of your Mercedes-Benz and in to the Lexus SUV that you picked out. Apparently everything was working out until you found out that the optimal financing package was not with Mercedes-Benz Financial. Unfortunately, you declined the deal on that basis alone.
