"An Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benze Dealership" I was driving by on VA Beach Blvd. last December and decided to stop by at Mercedes Benz dealership to browse on new cars but not to buy immediately. I was driving by on VA Beach Blvd. last December and decided to stop by at Mercedes Benz dealership to browse on new cars but not to buy immediately. While I was in the lot, Mr. Hadrian Apoderado came forward and talked to me. All changed within few minutes. His professional approach, excellent customer service and communication skill changed my decision at that instant. This was the best experience with excellent customer service that I have ever had. I served our country for 35 years, Charles Barker should ask me what service truly means. When you have to call the service department to find out if your vehicle has been fixed, that is what we used to do with Honda and Toyota! We get a notice that our vehicle is due for a 20,000 miles service after it was done 2,000 miles ago, really. Not what we expected. Charles give me call, let's talk the talk and walk the walk. You live in a military centric community and we know what is like to serve. More
