Oil change Came in for oil change appt. Was there for 2+ hours. There was NO communication from service advisor. I had to check back 3 times. At 1.25 he told me Came in for oil change appt. Was there for 2+ hours. There was NO communication from service advisor. I had to check back 3 times. At 1.25 he told me would be .30 mins. It was 45 and I had to go ask again. The service advisor could have cared less. Turns out there was addtl work but he didnt tell me that when I checked in nor did he ask if I wanted to wait or schedule for another time. The 3rd time I asked for eta, the advisor points to a car and says is that it. Lord knows how long it had been done. Then he days he didnt charge me due to wait. I have pre-paid maintenence! Absolute worst experience I 've had. I was going to call service manager but figured he wouldnt care either, thats how your business is run, so didnt waste my time. I have had 2 BMWs. Was not treated poorly at Ottos. This is my first Benz. I would expect better. I most likely will be going to Wilm Benz for service and lease return. You lost a customer. - Disappointed More
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Like every other dealership they just want your money & get out. Just purchased my first & trust me, the last Mercedes Benz. High end cars? Those were Like every other dealership they just want your money & get out. Just purchased my first & trust me, the last Mercedes Benz. High end cars? Those were my expectations, way too high. I got a 2019 GLC 300 4matic & can say that my phone stereo sounds better than the cars. If you are not getting the top of the line car I suggest, do a little bit of research & you'll find better cars for this amount of money. Like the 4runner limited, has everything, from tech to luxury. They got me vulnerable, at a moment when I was exhausted of looking & dealing with salesmen from all kinds of brands. I wanted to return the car as I am not satisfied with the purchase but of course, they made their money. Why would they care? Will never, ever tell someone & will try to get some sense into them if they consider getting one. So frustrated, sad & angry with the situation but have a new car that should be celebrating & is not the case. Like they say... oh well! Sorry for me! More
