New Key We lost the second key to our 2009 Mercedes a couple of years ago and decided that we better replace it before we misplaced our main key. We visited Mercedes Benz of West Chester and were taken to the parts department to order the replacement key. The key was ordered and a week later, the key arrived and had to be programmed to my car. I made an appointment and it was taken care of quickly. I was informed of the entire process. Don't lose your key ! It is an expensive part to replace but West Chester Mercedes Benz made the process pleasant. More
