Consistently poor customer service I rarely complain about poor customer service but I need to make an exception in this case. Every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been bad I rarely complain about poor customer service but I need to make an exception in this case. Every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been bad. I have noticed several common issues that I believe are mostly caused as a result of poor management. The service consultants appeared to be overwhelmed with too much work and were in such a rush to get you in and out that they did not have time to answer questions or explain things. Some were actually condescending. It is also extremely difficult to reach your service advisor for a status update in the afternoon and calls are not returned. On numerous occasions I was not able to reach anyone at all with in the service department. Although I would usually drop my car off in the morning for simple scheduled maintenance, it would not be ready till late afternoon or early evening. On one occasion they didn’t even have a chance to look at the vehicle that day. I had made it very clear in the morning that I needed my car back that day and was not able to return the next day due to prior commitments and an upcoming trip. I have left several messages and comments requesting to speak to upper management about the issues that I have observed. However, I never get a call back. I would however like to end this review on a good note.... The valets have always been very respectful and professional. More

Great job repairing my 500SL - looks brand new! The team at Mercedes Benz of West Chester was thorough, honest, and knowledgeable about the process and what needed to happen to repair my SL500 after The team at Mercedes Benz of West Chester was thorough, honest, and knowledgeable about the process and what needed to happen to repair my SL500 after I had a collision in early December. They handled everything and made it a much less stressful experience than what I thought it would be. My car looks brand new! It is a 2005 with low mileage, so getting it back looking like brand new was really more that I expected. I am really pleased and thrilled with the quality of work done and with my car!
