Pick up myvsn It was very hard to arrange to pick it on time and finally ,I get my van ,and it was dirty and clean, I did ask to clean it ,and was not ready ,any wa It was very hard to arrange to pick it on time and finally ,I get my van ,and it was dirty and clean, I did ask to clean it ,and was not ready ,any way I pick it up and hopefully take it back to them and clean it up ,also the full wasn't full and after 195 mills I full it up with 15.5 gallon and total mills was 305 mills ,which means first time to full it up . No Heavy sales process-Best car buying experience I went to a dozen dealerships and walked out. I hate the car buying process- the heavy sales tactics and back in forth, in the end always feeling like I went to a dozen dealerships and walked out. I hate the car buying process- the heavy sales tactics and back in forth, in the end always feeling like they are hiding something from me or ripping me off. BUT there was none of that here. The General Manager and my Sales Rep Eric, were both ”normal”-friendly people. I got a GREAT deal and it was easy. (I gave them reasonable numbers and they were reasonable in meeting them) We literally worked out the numbers in 10 mins. (Again, I went to a dozen dealers and spent at least an hour in each and couldn’t get straight/consistent numbers. I will definitely come back for my next car. More
