"überragend" (German translation of 'Outstanding') I was introduced to Bob by a colleague of mine and within first few minutes of interaction with him, i was convinced that i am at the right place and I was introduced to Bob by a colleague of mine and within first few minutes of interaction with him, i was convinced that i am at the right place and talking to the right person. I have been a BMW user all the while in India and wanted to check out Merc before i go back on my comfort vehicle (BMW). While all these elite cars have comparable functional offerings; i believe it is the customer experience that drives purchase decisions. I had a GLA in mind when i walked thru the doors but Bob not only explained the features of GLA but also introduced me to GLC, GLE and GLK on display. He was patient with my questions and explained what each version had to offer for me and my family. As he went over the specifications, it was quickly evident that while i had a GLA in mind but GLE would be the right fit given my aspirations and social standing. He pulled up the inventory and looked up my color and trim expectations. I was introduced to Matt at this point and he was very prompt to look up the options that were closest. I found Matt to be very courteous, professional and cheerful in his interactions with us. Once we agreed on the car version, trim and color; we started discussing payment terms and he was very accommodating in getting us a good deal and maintained a calm demeanor throughout the pressing negotiation conversation. I was also introduced to Stephen and found him to be an exceptional gentleman. He provided the comfort that we were looking for before we sign the deal. Overall, i believe that that Bob (with his knowledge, experience and professionalism) and Matt (with his Energetic, polite and cheerful) demeanor are perfect flag bearers of an elite brand like Mercedes and hence my feedback "überragend" which is German translation of 'Outstanding. I am very happy to get associated with Merc and looking forward to an outstanding service and repeat purchase relationship in future. More
