Overall disappointing - updates to my first visit 1st experience and highlights: Took my car, 2018 mercedes, which is at ~3000 miles to the service for "schedule maintenance, recall and state inspect 1st experience and highlights: Took my car, 2018 mercedes, which is at ~3000 miles to the service for "schedule maintenance, recall and state inspection". Received the car back with: - Broken/fallen apart windshield wiper (windshield and wiper had to be replaced) - Due to broken wiper blade, windshield was scratched, and the windshield had to be replaced on my 2018 mercedes - scratch on the paint (had to be repaired) - light color interior, at "three different points" (two-side panels and top), was permanently stained with black grease marks to a point where the cleaning would not be an option. (2 sections were cleaned but still have stains, and one side panel had to be replaced) 2nd experience and comments: The car had to stay at the service ~ 4-day to get parts replaced, repaired and corrected. Service also agreed that this is unacceptable and had to be corrected. To give credit to GM and Service Manager, they reacted timely, correctly and properly (thanks for that), repairs were done and the car was delivered to my home with full tank of gas, nonetheless, this should not have happened, especially at Mercedes dealer. I still cannot understand how all these have occurred. Support from GM and Service Manager was great, they followed up with me multiple times, and inspected the work before the delivery to ensure it is acceptable, BUT, i have to rate based on overall experience. More
