Sprinter Alternator Replacemnt Matt overall did a good job of escalating a situation in involving the alternator in my favor, which I appreciated. The overall product (2015 Sprinter) seems to be plagued with defects, so Matt's service was appreciated. The shuttle / customer service desk was another issue altogether. The service rep there waved me off and ignored me when I approached. After a few minutes, she finally looked at me and conceded she thought I was one of the technicians. Pretty lame. All I wanted was a shuttle ride to my home 5 minutes away. Once my vehicle was ready, I paid for it online, and tried unsuccessfully twice to get a shuttle to pick me up -- in one case, I was left hanging on hold; in another case (the chat function) I was told that they would get my request over to the shuttle desk (never happened). Very poor service for a high end brand like luxury. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, Matt was busy so the service rep didn't know my situation. I had to explain to him that I had already paid for the repair. I also own a BMW and the service at Otto's across the street is 100% better and is absolutely a reason why I would opt for a BMW over a Mercedes. More
