Express Service Lost tire pressure unexpectedly so I called MB service on a Saturday morning. They said to come right in and they’d take a look. I have the wheel and tire insurance (best thing I ever bought) because of the terrible roads in the NE. Anyway, I had a cracked wheel which they promptly replaced and my oil changed (which was an afterthought) all done promptly. A loaner car was proved so no inconvenience on a busy Saturday. I was notified by Danielle when my vehicle was ready and it was smooth sailing. She was very pleaaant to work with and while I was walking around the show room I was repeatedly created with pleasantries and welcome back! All in all a great experience. More
