While waiting for him to bring the keys to test drive the SUV that I ended up buying, a different sales rep came out and told us he’d take care of us. Our experience improved significantly from that moment on. Valante was an OUTSTANDING Mercedes Benz representative: attentive and knowledgeable at all times, provided detailed information on the car we were looking at, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We bought an amazing car, and he did a wonderful job selling it. Finally, Katie (finance rep) was also very knowledgeable, honest and professional.
