Horrible customer service I drove over an hour and a half for service after getting my second Mercedes in September. I checked in and was not acknoweldged by staff then was tre I drove over an hour and a half for service after getting my second Mercedes in September. I checked in and was not acknoweldged by staff then was treated rudly and it took over an hour to have a staff member acknowledge me and argue that I did not have a tire and wheel package that I indeed do. The staff was unprofessional and told me typically to expect to wait 2+ hours to change a single tire. After dealing with BMW, Mercedes Devon and Cherry Hill and Audi-I will never return for service at your facility. I also was called “Miss” after correcting the staff member that I should be respectfully called Dr. as she saw listed. More

Frustration with a capital F This experience with Mercedes Benz of West Chester was frustrating: - had a lot of trouble trying to get ahold of Service Advisor Matt Davis to res This experience with Mercedes Benz of West Chester was frustrating: - had a lot of trouble trying to get ahold of Service Advisor Matt Davis to reschedule a drop off time: phone messages not returned; if returned call could not be answered, no voice mail was left. - Service Advisor's tone had attitude and was condescending - had to wait 25 minutes for car to be brought around at pick-up time; in fact, all 3 times that the car has been to MBWC for service, the wait for pick up has been at least 15 minutes. I would not highly recommend this service department to anyone and don't plan on using it in the future. More
