Took too long 3 hours for an oil change? Also asked technician to fix seat release button when initially greeted. When I checked it wasn’t done. Tech took car ba 3 hours for an oil change? Got home, opened tailgate, button is still pushed through into the plastic. Not happy. How do I get this fixed? Give up another 1/2 day? No idea who worked on the vehicle. Customer service has gone down This facility used to be awesome. Now customer service is aweful. My husband and I both bought our cars there because we first loved your dealership. I had a question this summer but was never able to talk to someone over the phone or respond to my email. We talked to the GM back then and complaint but I called last week and nothing has improved. I will not be back. We will use a different MB dealership in the future. More

Craig did a fantastic Job I had an emergency with a blown tire and roadside assistance had to come and put on a spare. I came to service early the following morning, without an appointment, and I needed a quick turnaround. I had multiple court appearances that week.
