Bad service experience When I arrived to pick up my car i was told the service center lost my key. I waited over an hour while they searched for it and finally had to leave When I arrived to pick up my car i was told the service center lost my key. I waited over an hour while they searched for it and finally had to leave in a rental because I was very late to an appointment. 3 hours later they called to say they finally found it in the cup holder of another vehicle. While my service manager was very apologetic, it was a huge inconvenience. I've always had great service at this location and hope that this was an isolated incident. More
