Two weeks ago we received notice that we were nearing the end of our lease on our C300 and that Mercedes was offering incentives to trade for new car. So my wife reached out to three dealers locally via e ma end of our lease on our C300 and that Mercedes was offering incentives to trade for new car. So my wife reached out to three dealers locally via e mail inquiring about a new SLK250. She received a reply from Jennifer Silva at Mercedes Benz of West Chester the same day stating that she had what we were looking for. The other two dealers did not respond to her inquiry for two days (I am not bashing them by any means I am sure there was a good reason for the delay). Having driven an SLK a few yrs ago My new she wanted this car as I like them to, she told Jennifer what she was willing to pay and the payment that she came back with was about $50 per month more than we were willing to pay. With that said we told Jennifer we would wait a little longer to trade. About twenty minutes later my wife received a call from Brad Freymoyer the sales manager of Mercedes Benz of West Chester asking her what they needed to do to make this deal work for her. She explain to Brad exactly what she wanted and Brad said we have a deal. This was on Tuesday, we couldn’t make to dealer to pick up car until Saturday. When we arrived everything was very smooth. We were greeted by a gentleman at the front door, he was going out of his way to greet all the customers as they arrived and calling sales associates over to assist them right away. Turns out this was Brad the Sales Manager of Mercedes Benz of West Chester. When Jennifer showed us our car for the 1st time it was inside their garage and spotless! My wife sat in the car and everything came to a screeching STOP! She is 5’ tall and could not push the clutch all the way to the floor. My wife was devastated, not to mention Jennifer too. She went to speak with the manager immediately to see what we could do. They went out of their way to assist, however after 30 minutes of disappointment Jennifer tried one more time to figure out if the seat could be moved to assist my wife. Low and behold they did it! DEAL Done. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned car you really need to check out Mercedes Benz of West Chester this was the absolute best deal in my 37 yrs of auto ownership and I have owned a lot of cars!
