I had my car towed in for a problem with the key. I was told that I would have a loaner car available to 2 days until my key arrived. The key was $418 ???????????? After being charged way over what I should have, I look at my credit card statement and I was charged $122 for the loaner car. We had talked to a sales person and filled out all the paper work for a new car. We were approved and waiting and waiting for someone from service to call back. NO ONE EVEN called back. Cut off on the phone 3 times and was treated like we didnt matter to anyone. I guess when you get someones money thats it. I will not buy a new car mainly because of your service.Its not always about the money its about how to treat people. Poor service and word of mouth can truly give any company a bad reputation. This is my first Mercedes E350 coupe and honestly I had a little buying "jitter" before I was contacted by Clint. I traded in an old car, and Clint managed to help me match the price quote from Carmax. I am satisfied with the trade-in. And the rest of purchasing experience was great all the way through. The business manager is also friendly, patient, and generous on offering me a nice deal on the wheel & tire protection plan. Clint showed me most of the cool features. The whole process took a little longer than I expected, but given how many clients this dealer has each day, I don't any problem with it. More

BEWARE OF LEASING!! I leased a C300 Sport. Car was overrated; lots of small annoying issues. "Sport" versions - CANNOT ROTATE TIRES so you'll invest in 4 new tires around 30K miles (right before leas overrated; lots of small annoying issues. "Sport" versions - CANNOT ROTATE TIRES so you'll invest in 4 new tires around 30K miles (right before lease expires). Also, if you don't use Mercedes ONLY for your service (oil, etc.) they will try to charge you at the end of lease (of course they don't include free oil change). Also, beware of the hidden costs of leasing through Mercedes West Chester! If you don't lease another auto through them they will charge you $600 at end of lease - of course the sales rep doesn't explain this. I've leased all my vehicles over the last 30 years and have never been taken advantage of like Mercedes did. More

Frank is a delight to deal with. We have purchased 3 cars from him. We did not purchase our new SLK from him or this dealership. We were qouted a price and it changed upward. After being a loyal customer to this dealership since 1998 and purchasing two vehicles I recently went in looking to buy a certified used car. The salesman was very nice and knowledgable. The problem was with the used car manager, after the customary wait while they evaluate your trade in and keep you waiting and your keys, they send the salesman back to give you the bad news as to why your vehicle is worth so little and present you with a amount that is so ridiculous I would prefer to donate the vehicle. Truly an offer that was so low I think the manager was ignorant as to the cars they sell. I have had both vehicles serviced only at this dealership since purchasing, so there should not have been any question as to the maintenance of the car. Truly a bad experience. Unfortunatly, Mercedes Benz of West Chester has lost a loyal customer of thirteen years. There are other MB dealers that value their customers and MB of West Chester is not one of them! More
