Hello My name is Colin. I guess it would be an understatement to say you had a bad experience? It may come as a surprise but some of us here actually do care about how our customers are treated. Your statement about staying in business is quite apt. The management that led to this type of treatment did not stay in business. They are gone, and have been for over a year. The problem is when the new management took over, changing attitudes and behaviors of the staff is kind of like turning around a tanker. It doesn't happen overnight. We are trying. I realize this doesn't even remotely undo the damage that was done but I am writing to you because I would like to know what happened so I can see that it doesn't happen again. I am not a liar and I am not stupid. I care that you came away feeling so frustrated that this was your reaction. The people who caused your displeasure need to be chastised if not let go for raising such ire but, none of that can happen if we don't know what happened.
