Sorry I am not to happy, I feel like I was pressured to try to get a fully loaded car that was out of my price range from sales person. I stood my ground for the one I wanted, then I drove off the lot and try to get a fully loaded car that was out of my price range from sales person. I stood my ground for the one I wanted, then I drove off the lot and noticed a crack in my windshield and called right away and felt like it was my fault and nothing would be done. Was told to bring it in but they may not be able to do anything because there was NO way the windshield was cracked before I drove off the lot. So I haven’t brought it down for a maybe. So not happy with how they made me feel about the whole thing. More

My sales rep was great (Jen). When I went to pick up the car I was told that they had not looked at it before I saw it. As a result, the bumper front and back needed to be repainted. I was told they had no car I was told that they had not looked at it before I saw it. As a result, the bumper front and back needed to be repainted. I was told they had not looked at the car once it was sent to them from another dealership. I received a loaner when they did the bumper work. The loaner car was a 2021. It was dirty. The sticky from the sticker looked like dirt marks on the white loaner going down driver side door and that same door had dents. The window car sticker was ripped off with a piece of it still in the window. After 10 days I picked up my purchase again. I fell in love with my car that is why I decided to keep it even with the obvious disregard. More
