Paul Grazino told me new rear springs would be needed for my 2009 ML350 for next inspection. I took my car to a friend we put it on a lift. The rear springs are fine especially so there is only 71knon it my 2009 ML350 for next inspection. I took my car to a friend we put it on a lift. My headlights were installed incorrectly some years ago xx and it took two visits to resolve. I honestly believe your service department purposely deceives the public for profit. As far as the springs go, Paul never provided photos as promised as well. I will be filing a complaint with the PA Attorney general ..Bureau of consumer protection. I want the $125.00 refunded for the headlights to be reset, due to your error. More
