The service guy I dealt with was rude and dismissive. He didn’t want to answer my questions about the estimate and provided no help in trying to get me a trade in on it. Bruce was helpful and communicated regularly but the Car was not ready when we picked it up - insulation panels were in the trunk and not put back, requiring a return service visit.
