I purchased from a different dealer when I was not living in the area but wanted to switch to MB West Chester because it was a far more convenient location. The lower black trim piece on my C-classes bum in the area but wanted to switch to MB West Chester because it was a far more convenient location. The lower black trim piece on my C-classes bumper broke off and I was looking to get a replacement part. Knowing how expensive German cars tend to be when it comes to repairs/parts I was worried. But my service adviser Marissa was helpful and was able to squeeze me in the very next day to get it repaired. As a side not the dealership is beautiful. If you are going for service you never step foot outside. More

After getting my oil changed and returning home my chirp feature on my vehicle is disabled. I texted Craig at Mercedes and let him know this and got no reply. My fob is working I am able to lock my car but feature on my vehicle is disabled. I texted Craig at Mercedes and let him know this and got no reply.
