We had an exceptionally positive experience with the Service Department at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. We purchased a certified pre-owned ML350 in 2016 and were nearing the end of our extended “CPO” Service Department at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. We purchased a certified pre-owned ML350 in 2016 and were nearing the end of our extended “CPO” warranty. We came to the dealership for one warranty-related repair. However, our service technician identified another significant issue we did not know we had and our service advisor Paul Forsythe was able to get it fixed and was able to get it covered under our warranty. Paul kept in touch with us throughout the service process and was respectful of our time . Service like what Paul provided to us is the main reason we are happy we chose Mercedes-Benz of West Chester for our transportation needs. Thank you, Paul! Matthew was very helpful explaining what should be done to care for the car. However, the issue was ultimately not resolved. We still hear the creaking noise we brought it in for. Didn’t help me. Took my car for longer than I thought. Didn’t call me back to follow up. I had to call to check on my car. Told me they didn’t have the auxiliary battery for my car and it needs to be o Didn’t call me back to follow up. I had to call to check on my car. I took my car to my preferred dealer and turns out i need the main battery and not auxiliary and they had my battery in stock. Not coming back, unless I’m desperate. More
