Katie made my leasing experience an enjoyable one, no wasted time which I truly appreciate. I had worst experience West Chester. Unfortunately I got Mat Denise as service representatives. I saw all other reviews. he had multiple complaint. He is so rude in talking. Initially I was knowing that all service charges will be born by insurance and then I realised the issue that diagnosis can not be born by insurance if no issue found. I need to pay requested $1500 for diagnosis. Then I declined with insurance for this option. Then I said, let me take my car back, then Matt have me bad surprise, you have to pay diagnostic charges for 2 hours which I did not signed for that. This is worst surprise. More
