I brought the premium package with my 2020 GLC 300 4 Matic and was less than satisfied with the explanation given to me about not have my complete navigation system. This explanation came from the sales manager named Steve Yorkland. I sent him a video that I got on line of what I thought was supposed to get. He said the video didn't represent what I got because it was built in Canada. My window sticker says 17% was built U.S./Canada and 58% in Germany. More
