Took ML350 in for 50K mile A service, ended up spending two days there for service plus replacement of transfer case seal. Never heard of this in a vehicle with this mileage. We had an unexpected service issue on our E350 wagon that ultimately resulted in a part needing to be ordered from Germany. In the interim, the car was considered unsafe to drive. The service manager took care of our needs: arranged loaner car, told us not to worry about having it for the 3 weeks we would be away, and called to let us know when the part finally arrived and when the repairs were completed.
