My experience with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. That is due to Juan Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez did everything possible to see I was able to have the car. I had some difficult situations and Juan was able to due to Juan Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez did everything possible to see I was able to have the car. I had some difficult situations and Juan was able to resolve all of them. He’s an excellent salesperson but am even nicer human being. Juan knew that I had bad experiences with dealers (NOT Mercedes) in the past and he made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of. From the moment we spoke in the phone, I knew he would get me the best deal and he did. I also wanted hank the two gentlemen who taught me some of the amazing things my car can do. It will take me some time to learn everything, but the two of them worked great as a team and I was able to drive the car with a great deal of knowledge about it. They even were interested in how I learn best, which is to just do it. I love the car and have already gotten many compliments on it. I thank Mercedes-Benz of West Chester for having such knowledgeable and honest team members. I hope this will be the start of a long relationship with Mercedes-Benz. More
