I don’t have anything in particular to say about the dealership, and I don’t remember last name of service guy. I do remember his telephone voice was not a caring one. Wanted me to purchase new battery but couldn’t tell me battery life remaining. Had an “I don’t care attitude”. More

Jennifer Silva is the BEST. She was very patient with me while I was building my GLE 450. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot!!!
