James was such a kind and helpful person. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever I didn't understand something, he took the time to explain it to me with pictures. He gave me a breakdown of the services needed and outlined the prices of each service as well. While my car was being serviced, he kept me updated by seeking me out in the waiting area every now and then. Before I left, he offered to have the car washed and walked me to the car to show me how to operate a part of the car I did not previously understand. Everyone I interacted with at the facility were also really nice and friendly. It was a really nice place to wait around at as well. The text message with the video of my car was extremely helpful and informative as well. I am beyond happy with the service I received at this location and would be happy to come back the next time I need services for my car. More
