I noticed they never rotated my tires after at least one each of Service A and B, which resulted in full replacement of 2 tires. When I confronted the Service rep PETER YEE he never gave me a straight answe each of Service A and B, which resulted in full replacement of 2 tires. However, upon arrival they didn’t assign me the rep I selected and forced assignment of the same rep Peter Yee. Peter lied about not being able to give me free Lyft ride and yet I still see the option when scheduling an appointment. will never go back. More
