Terrible service! Upon dropping off my car, I had to wait 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by the advisor. Once he finally appeared, he didn’t even apologize. I came in for the 1st service of my car and he tried to charge me $500 for it. I leased my car from the Beverly Hills dealership, and I called them and they informed me that since my electric car was brand new, my maintenance was included for 2 years. I also received a diagnostic video of my car, and the tech himself said there was nothing wrong with the car. Ultimately, they did a recall and car wash which took 8 hours. This service department is a joke. Take the trip to Beverly Hills. They’re not crooks there because they don’t need the business like West Covina. More
