Purchased vehicle was not ready for pickup as prearranged. Salesperson said that vehicle was detailed/prepped and ready to go and that he was on his way to dealership and that he would be there prearranged. We had to wait over 2 hours to get delivery of newly purchased vehicle after driving 6 hours from Arizona to pick it up. Finance department was punctual and efficient. Sales was atrocious! More
