Unfortunately, we feel like we are always given the runaround. I’m sure their intentions are good they just fall below the expectation level of service. We have three Mercedes and we are now looking for another dealership to handle our care and service for these cars. This does does not just apply to our service representative. It also applies to the service management the the best service we have received is from the receptionist Vanessa and the porters who have helped and gone beyond their job description. More
