Always a delight to bring my car in for service. One problem I encountered on this last visit was that I was called before bringing my car in and was advised I needed an annual checkup. I wasn't aware of the need for annual check and asked for the price. I was quoted $270. So I proceeded to make an appt and brought the car in. When I checked in George, my service advisor, said the cost for basic service was $500+. He had no idea who would have quoted $270. George had the decency to give me a coupon that brought the total of the service down a bit. I was pleased and thanked him. More
