My G Wagen was their shop was in their shop in 2020 and over the years. They couldn't fix a simple hood latch MULTIPLE times over 3). They sent it out with the hood unlatched. Wild! Had coolant issues, and over the years. They couldn't fix a simple hood latch MULTIPLE times over 3). They sent it out with the hood unlatched. Wild! Had coolant issues, and spent thousand and it was still leaking. They offered $500 in parts and accessories credit to remove my original review on Google, I went to redeem it, and they refuse to honor it saying the terms have now changed and it can only be used for service. This dealership is disgusting. And no, you can't talk to the general manager. I will be filing a complaint with MBUSA and state. More
