A buying experience like no other! I went into the dealership to have a check engine light looked at on my GLA250 when I saw a GLC300 on the lot. I met with Shakar Williams to look at purchasing the GLC300. Not being from Denver and having a tight schedule, Shakar was incredibly attentive and flexible with me as we looked at options. He was creative in his approach to help me get the GLC and truly put me first in his interactions. This is the 3rd MB I’ve purchased from 3 different dealerships and sales people. Shakar was the best I’ve had so far. His communication throughout the process was excellent, his flexibility and willingness to help was amazing. I would strongly recommend working with him. Didn’t solve my problem I make an appointment and brought it in this morning. My main concern is the left side slanted and I even told the specialist. He put the star on it and I deny other sevice and when I went to pick up my car they said about the srs. I did mention about the srs and they said I sign above it but didn’t said anything about my Mercedes left side is slant. To diagnose that they want additional $150. I was pist so I said I’m not paying additional money. I will if they said it up front. Bs. Wouldn’t recommend u come here but if do remember to check on the price before sign and clearly. I was looking for a specific c43 with all the options I wanted and when I found that car at Mercedes Westminster I knew I had to have it. Shekhar was nice enough to video the vehicle for me, making sure it was still available, and then pulled it from the lot for me for a test drive I scheduled later that afternoon. After the test drive I knew I had to have it and Shekhar was able to get me a deal that worked for me as well as processing all of my financing that day so I was able to leave the lot with my dream car!
