Awful customer service. I have not received my refund I Purchased a cancelable extended service contract from Rich Nicholas for my 2012 SL 550. Two months later I still do not have my refund despite the fact that they keep saying it's in the mail. You ask, call or email them? Neither the General Manager or the Finance Director pick up phone calls, return phone calls or respond to emails. Maybe they are going broke and can't cut a small check; I don't know. I do know you could not get worse customer service from any pot lot or dealership in the front range. Avoid this store. So many good dealerships these days. Do not believe anything their finance Dept tells you and especially wants to sell you. having poor service really takes so much time. I will eventually get my Refund. I will report when I do. More

I received a call last Friday from my service associate stating that I am no longer allowed to have my car serviced at their dealership because I provided negative reviews. They also cancelled my service appointment I had scheduled for the following week. I received a text with the phone number (303) 453-4581 for the Denver MB location. The service manager didn't even have the courtesy to call. More

Horrible customer service!!! This dralship is a joke especially this guy, I went in for a simple procedure and it took more than an hour to make any kind of progress. After wasting a whole hour this gentlemen walked up to me laughing in my face saying they couldn't find what He was looking for, instead of coming and checking with me in the 1st place . After expressing my frustration to this gentlemen all he could respond with was "I'm gonna ask you to not return to our establishment" this guy has horrible communication skills, he is not a people person he alone complete ruined my experience with what's suppose to be a "prestige company" I would definitely reconsider purchasing with them.
