It would have been a good comment to let us know a company check could not be accepted. My husband had to travel to Golden to retrieve a personal check. Not a good way to close the deal. I must say I did not respond to the finance person. I found him somewhat overbearing. He went through the paperwork at a rapid pace and forgot that he does that often, I don't. Certainly not thoughtful or patient - "let's just get this done so I can go home". I would prefer someone who shows sincere appreciation for the business. Roadside Service absolutely the very best. I have a 2017 GLE with just under 3,000 miles. Yesterday morning a friend noticed that I had a big "blister" on my front right tire. Since I live an h I have a 2017 GLE with just under 3,000 miles. Yesterday morning a friend noticed that I had a big "blister" on my front right tire. Since I live an hour away from Westminister I was very reluctant to drive that far with a damaged tire. Called service department and was connected with Scott who after some conversation suggested your Roadside Assistance. Within a couple of hours time your vehicle arrived driven by Bryan who very quickly removed the faulty tire and it's wheel, put on the spare donut. He then took the tire to Westminister Mercedes and later in the afternoon returned with a new tire mounted and balanced on my wheel, put the spare back in it's assigned spot, refused an offered tip, and was on his way. Who ever heard of such service, simply superb. Thanks so much. More
