What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if it’s still going to take 2+ hours just for an oil change. I get that it can get busy but how is it that my appointment is at 8:30am and my car doesn’t get still going to take 2+ hours just for an oil change. False advertisement came in few days ago told me 30k over on a g wagon came in today to purchase and they jumped to to 50k over asked for the manager he came and said yesterdays price is not todays price tha on a g wagon came in today to purchase and they jumped to to 50k over asked for the manager he came and said yesterdays price is not todays price that vehicle got sold they had three more exact same vehicles made me drive a hour excited to leave in a new. Car ended up leaving upset. bad business i will Report this matter to Mercedes’ corporate pretty much said get lost if I’m not paying 50 over even have the buyers order showing purchase price at 30 over and still wouldn’t honor it stay away from this place all they care about is money no customer service what so ever manager is running a Mickey Mouse show. Sales men tried whatever he can to help but manager was very rude. I hooe Mercedes Benz corporate can do somthing about this i have Owned over 50 Mercedes and was excited to do business with Mercedes’ of westminister heard good things. Turned out to be a shame.
